To further illustrate how the Closing Insight fees work, here is an example of the pricing:
- You receive notification that you have a new order (title and escrow) from RealEC. You review and accept the title and escrow order from a lender using SoftPro 360.
- After accepting the order, you will then be charged a total of $4.00 ($2.00 for the title order and $2.00 for the escrow order) for this order from SoftPro.
- SoftPro, however, will not charge for the collaboration of the Closing Disclosure Form and use of Closing Insight. Depending on your agreement with RealEC, you may be charged additional fees from RealEC.
