Okta Verify Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for SoftPro Hosted
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is a login method that confirms a user’s identity by requiring the user to provide more than one verification factor to log in to the system. Requiring users to identify themselves with more than just a password improves security by reducing the risk of unauthorized access to your account and its data. We're implementing Okta Verify MFA for SoftPro Hosted to provide stricter login identity requirements that will minimize the chances of cyber criminals accessing your account. It will also give you the ability to manage your own password - so that you can make password changes easily and securely.
Below, you can access videos and documents for you to better understand the login experience with MFA. These resources include information on how to log in and set up MFA, how to reset your password, and how to update your MFA settings.
