We're excited to unveil the SoftPro Status Page, now live and available online! The SoftPro Status page includes real-time updates on the performance and health of our core products. If there is an incident in progress or interruption in service, it will be noted on the status page. This status page will give you greater visibility into the current condition and health of our SoftPro products. We encourage you to follow along for live updates and system performance history!

What information will be available on the status page?

  • The status page will keep track of the performance and health of SoftPro's core software products. You will be able to see real-time updates including when any issues or interruptions are resolved.
  • If you suspect an issue or service interruption with one of your SoftPro products, you can visit the status page directly to find any potential incident notices and progress updates.

SoftPro also notifies impacted customers by email whenever there is a service interruption or issue with one of our products. While we will continue to send email notices to impacted customers, our hope is that the status page will become your first touchpoint and main source of information related to the performance and health of our core products.
