- We have found when we overlay to change from CDF to HUD or vice versa, some fees that we have automatically set get doubled. Is there a way to ensure that does not happen? We wind up deleting the original file and creating a new one with the same file number so the attachments are maintained, but have to re-enter all information.
- Answer: When overlaying a CDF to a HUD, fees entered in the CDF tab should not duplicate in the HUD file since the screens are completely different. When overlaying CDF to CDF, fees can duplicate if the same fees exist in both files.

- If you have a CDF or HUD statement, but you assigned it the wrong number, how can you change the file number? Or do you have to overlay and delete the file? Is there another way to change the file number?
- Answer: For best results, I would copy the file, paste it to your Desktop, delete it in ProForm, create a new one with the correct file number, and then use the overlay function to copy the information from the old into the new file.

- Is there a way to save a document, say the commitment, from the ReadyDoc to a Word file? I'm the only one with SoftPro on my computer, and this way others can look at the document.
- Answer: You cannot save it as a Word document, but you can use the "print to PDF" function and save it as a PDF. Once you have it saved, you can share it with whoever needs to review it.
